            We usually need:

            • A brief or idea of what you want,
               
            • Any existing branding materials,
               
            • Your preferred colors, style, and examples (if any).
              Once we have this, we’re ready to go!

             We offer 2–3 free rounds of revisions depending on the package. Additional revisions may come with a small fee, but we always aim to get it right quickly. 


             

            You'll receive high-quality files such as:

            • .PNG and .JPG for web use
               
            • .PDF for print

              All final files are yours to keep and use freely.
               


             

            Yes! Rush projects are available for an additional fee. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.


            Yes, we design for both digital platforms (social media, websites, ads) and print (flyers, brochures, business cards, packaging).

            We work closely with you through each stage and offer revisions to ensure you love the final result. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

             Yes, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.

            Absolutely! We work with clients worldwide. Communication is done via email, WhatsApp, Zoom, or whichever platform you prefer. 


             Yes! Once the project is complete and full payment is made, you own the rights to your final design.

              Timeframes depend on the project. A logo may take 3–5 days, while full branding can take 1–2 weeks. Timelines are always discussed and agreed upon before we start.
